Danielle Johnson - ADDO Real Estate

With a BS in Human Biology and 9 years in the Healthcare field, my natural focus in real estate is on healthy home environments. To this end I have immersed myself in Seattle's green building community and its plethora of educational opportunities. This has included 6 years as Regional Communications/Marketing Chair for the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild, as well as 2 years organizing their annual Green Building Slam (and I am still an active member & volunteer). I have also completed the American Lung Association's Master Home Environmentalist and Healthy Homes for Professionals trainings. The learning continues, and a large part of that is working with Seattle's amazing green builders, including Martha Rose Construction and Cascade Built, to find unique ways to market and sell their innovative projects. I now also own and manage ADDO Real Estate with business partner & mother, Cally Fulton. As a boutique brokerage we are able to customize our services to meet our clients needs, and we pride ourselves on doing that in an authentic, straight-forward, fun way!
