SIBU SURA is the first premium, handcrafted bean to chocolate producer in the Maryland and Virginia area. We began our journey in 2007 in Virginia, and are now located in Maryland. We offer an exquisite selection of chocolate that is made at our factory directly from the bean. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality organic and natural products, while engaging in Fair Trade practices and supporting sustainable agriculture. The quality of SIBU SURA chocolate begins with the hand selection of our single origin cacao beans. Our high quality premium cacao beans are 100% USDA Organic and Fair Trade Certified; only the finest selection derived from Peru. We use only the best and freshest ingredients that are carefully chosen and offer both traditional flavors, as well as unusual fusions.
