Mama Ganache Artisan Chocolates was founded in 2004 by Tom and Eve Neuhaus and Tom's sister Joanne Currie. The chocolate produced by Mama Ganache is 100% certified Organic and Fair Trade and comes from Peru, Ecuador and Dominican Republic. Our company philosophy is to "Do No Harm" to the earth or the farmers who supply our cocoa. Thus, all of the chocolates we produce are exclusively 100% Organic and Fair Trade. We believe the combination of organic and fair trade fosters economic and ecological sustainability.
