Catalina Cafe

Catalina Cafe' is owned by Maurice Moulton and Patricia Allaire. Catalina is named after their daughter and they each together have a total of 4 kids ranging in age from 20 to 3 as of 2013. And yes...they are crazy. The Baked Goods are perfected by Patricia Allaire who uses quality ingredients and home-made techniques to add love to the baked goods. The coffees are roasted by Maurice Moulton. He does a lot of research when selecting the types of coffees he gets for the business. He uses a wide variety of importers to have a good selection of outstanding coffees. He only gets the best. And...he has won multiple latte' art competitions in Tallahassee and currently competes at SCAA competitions like the Brewers Cup and Barista Competition.
