We select our ingredient green coffees from the worlds most renowned coffee growing regions and hand roast them each day on our brand-spanking new Loring Kestrel 1/2 bagger roasting right here at 25 Jay St. in the heart of Brooklyn. And...we're writing the book on Coffee Counter Intelligence--collaborating with the city's best baristas on an invitational basis to build "the bomb" espresso. We always also offer intensive espresso based drink service training and private cuppings by appointment in our fully equipped roasting/cupping lab.
