CHRP
Harness your experience, test your knowledge and build essential competencies for today’s challenging business environments. CHRP vaults members to new career heights. It can do the same for you. A 2013 Payscale survey, created in partnership with HRPA, contrasted the career trajectories and income levels of those with and without the CHRP designation. 45% of HR generalists with the CHRP became a manager within five years. Only 21% of non-designated generalists became a manager within five years. Once promoted to HR manager, CHRPs made an average of 13% more than those without. The higher up the ladder, the more prevalent the CHRP designation. 50% of those in a VP, HR position have a CHRP, contrasted with only 20% of HR administrators.
