L&M Beef

A south Texas rancher for nineteen years, I feel I made a worthwhile contribution to our community--grass fed beef is healthy for people, great for cows and good for our environment. By selling my beef at the Pearl Farmers Market in San Antonio my animals were able to remain on the ranch among their herd, living a good life, from the day they were born until the day they became beef.
