Gonsoulin Land and Cattle has been grazing cattle on the prairies of South Louisiana since 1787. Along with raising cattle, our family includes a long list of butchers and meat market operators. Gonsoulin Land and Cattle, LLC initially began its grass-fed business in 2006. It is our intent to produce quality grass-fed beef using no antibiotics or growth hormones. We produce beef as Mother Nature has intended and conserve our natural resources in the process.
