Dr. Jacks earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria. She earned her ND at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She currently works at the Proactive Chiropractic & Wellness Centre, a multi-disciplinary clinic in Langley, serving the Fraser Valley and Abbotsford as well.

She has a general family practice and has a focus on pain management (back, elbow, knee...), women`s health (infertility, menopause, PMS, healthy pregnancy) and digestive health (Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn`s, colitis, IBD, bloating).

Organic medical facials and pain management protocols are now  available with Elapromed technology.
