P.D. Sekhsaria Trading Co Pvt Ltd (PDST) was formed in 1987 as the export wing of the J.P. Sekhsaria Group is one of the leading cotton merchants in India. The chairman, Mr J.P. Sekhsaria, with an experience of over 45 years in the cotton business heads the group. The international business is overseen by Mr. Alok Sekhsaria, Director who is the 4th generation in the cotton business which spans a period of over 6 decades. The company is amongst the top 10 cotton exporters from India with an annual turnover of over 50 million us$ with a Government recognized 2 Star Trading Export House status. The company’s major export markets are China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Vietnam and Indonesia. The group’s core strength lies in its dedicated and experienced staff of over 100 people functioning through a well established network of branches in all major commodity growing states with the corporate office in Bombay. The working is professional with a high degree of autonomy at the branch levels at all major cotton growing states.
