I am proud to be the first EcoBroker in Santa Barbara. This advanced green education and my knowledge of sustainable practices spans the range of my clients needs to assist while working through issues that may arise in transactions. I understand the value of energy efficiency, environmental technologies, reduced utility bills, and sustainable designs. I grew up on a ranch near Refugio with its own well, wildflower planted sod roofs, rain collectors, wind generator, solar panels and other green practices, which all provided me with a real life education and contributed to my passion for the environment. After I earned dual bachelor degrees (History and Italian) from the University of Colorado, I returned to my hometown to pursue my career. Serving on the board of the Community Environmental Council as the Vice President of Development, I donate time to the community and am active in the regional environmental movement.
