I have been a real estate agent since 1996, and I have my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University. I have worked with several municipalities throughout North Carolina, including the City of Wilmington, where I was responsible for addressing and monitoring the redevelopment of abandoned structures. My husband and I own and manage a building on the boardwalk at Carolina Beach that we recently renovated. We lease the units, it is home to two restaurants and two retail stores. In November of 2009, I became an EcoBroker®. As an EcoBroker® designated agent, I received additional training on energy and environmental issues that relate to real estate transactions. I have an excellent understanding of what it is that makes the Cape Fear Coast so attractive to both local residents and investors.
