The coffee beans are 100% Specialty Arabica, and grown in high altitudes, above 3,000. Our beans are hand picked and taste tested. Each crop is harvested directly by family co-ops. This is a fair trade product.The benefits of hand picked coffee ensure excellent quality control. Every bean has been processed with care, without the use of machine harvesting. Our Coffee is a perfect light to medium roast with a silky, smooth, balanced taste, and a sweet aroma. Our roast is a great morning coffee, and its light roasted so it has lots of caffeine, making it ideal for a great pick me up after lunch or dinner. Our goals are to raise awareness about fair trade, promote our coffee, and simply talk coffee with friends and family.
