Although the roots of Foster-Caviness Foods trace back to 1902 when two families, Foster & Caviness, began a small fruit and vegetable business in Greensboro, we are still committed today to be the Carolina’s choice for fresh produce & more! Our current co-owner and president, Paul Lieb, purchased the original Foster-Caviness in 1985 and in 1994 partnered with his brother-in-law, Jeff Gorelick. Paul and Jeff are the a foundation of local relationships and stewardship that continue the family operation and position Foster Caviness as a company that will make a difference for generations to come.
