Still a small company Second Nature Contracting (SNC) has done an amazing collection of work in the areas of ecological restoration and naturescaping (landscaping using native plants). We have produced on both small and large residential planting/landscape jobs, completed some slope stabilization projects, worked on a large foreshore embankment protection venture, performed on a few stream restorations, and did some invasive plant removal treatments. Our experience in these endeavors has been as both the general contractor and as a specialized sub-trade, on both installation of preplanned projects or implementation of design-build ventures. We have worked with municipal governments, engineering firms, construction contractors, landscape architects and environmental consultants. Our professional attitude and enjoyable work demeanor has gotten great feedback.
