JaynRoss Creations LLC is a small business dedicated to creating and promoting authentic, good quality South Indian food products. Our first product line is called Thokku. The best way to describe Thokku would be as A South Indian Spiced Relish. We are starting with two flavors, Tomato Thokku and Tomato Garlic Thokku. Jay and Ross met through a mutual love for cooking. Ross is a trained chef and was one of the judges in a chili-cook-off where Jay was a contestant. He fell in love with her chili, she got the first place and the rest is history (or their story). They introduced each other to two different culinary worlds of ingredients, flavors and cooking techniques. Their kitchen is akin to a test lab and their daughters have reaped the fruits of their labor. Thokku is an age old recipe, a staple in many Tamil kitchens, Ross’s favorite, by far: on eggs, on steamed rice, in a sandwich, or right out of the jar. He has talked about taking it to the rest of the world for years. So, give it a try. You will not put the jar down.
