Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting Company (CVCRC) was established in 1994 with a specific focus in mind: To provide superior handcrafted coffee, using the finest Arabica beans, delivered very fresh to discerning customers. Were proud to be the only Certified Organic coffee roasting company on the Monterey Peninsula and are certified organic by the CCOF: California Certified Organic Farmers. We buy organic and roast in accordance with the USDA and CCOF regulations. We take great care to roast each bean to its full potential through sight, sound and smell. CVCRC operates six coffeehouses on the Monterey Peninsula. Our visitors can order their favorite beans from our online store to prolong their Carmel experience with every delicious sip. We also deliver fresh roasted coffee to wholesale accounts such as restaurants, inns, hotels. coffeehouses, markets and corporate businesses throughout the United States.
