They pledge to build a close relationship with you to fully comprehend the needs and wants at the beginning of your project. Founded in 1993, owner Jeff Grantham, CGR, CAPS, GMB, CGP. Jeff graduated college with degrees in economics and political science and was once looking towards a possible career in politics or public administration. An opportunity arose in the remodeling field, and he has never turned back. Jeff and his first business partner started out as remodelers and eventually added new construction. Jeff has since become the sole owner of the business. In the past three years, Jeff has been exclusively remodeling because of the economy. With many homeowners living longer in their homes, he has returned to his roots and expects Aging in Place remodeling to be his companys niche. Jeff has also been involved with the Home Builders Association and has learned the best practices by being around other successful remodelers and businessmen. Jeff exudes professionalism and enjoys working with other successful people. As President of the local builders association and Vice Chairman of our local Remodelers Council and Vice Chairman of the Michigan Remodelers Council, Jeff is familiar with efforts regarding regulations and restrictions on the construction industry at the local, state and national levels.
