Bremen Inc. was established in April 1995 by Robert (Bob) and Mary Eipert. Bremen Inc. offers firsthand construction experience; extensive knowledge in the most up-to-date building science technology; and a commitment to energy efficiency and comfort. Bremen, Inc specializes in building High Performance Homes in Madison County Kentucky. As an Energy Star Partner, we have constructed many Energy Star homes and even developed Madison County's first Energy Star subdivision on Pepper Drive, in Berea KY. We have also built many High Performance Homes in the beautiful Vineyard Estates subdivision.
