Our classes consist of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, Fitness, and Conditioning. We are centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley just a few minutes from I-15 and I-215 at 7200 South. We are just a five-minute walk from the Trax station at Gardner Village as well.
