Founded in 2002 by partners Nik and Xenia, N&N Building & Decorating Services Ltd is an innovative construction company based in London.

Nik has been working in construction since 1999. Always seeking perfection, Nik has helped clients to build elegant properties throughout the UK. His eye for detail, and his passion for construction, means that every inch of your project is accurately designed and executed.

With 20 years of experience as a project manager, Xenia combines her love of architecture and interior design with her meticulous organizational skills. She has worked with hundreds of homeowners to design, plan and construct their dream property.

Since starting N&N in 2002, Nik and Xenia have turned their passion to a variety of unique projects, including home extensions and conversions, modernizing cafés, and renovating and restoring Grade 2 listed properties.

Their experience in the trade, and the outstanding level of work performed on all projects, have also resulted in a trusted network of expert and professional tradespeople that they can bring onto any project.
