We will examine the fault with your device within 24 hours or the same day when possible, free of charge. We will then provide you with a fixed quote and a timeframe for the repair.
On the rare occasions that we are unable to repair your device, there will be no charge to you regardless of the work we put into it.
Computer Being offers a 3-month warranty on all repairs if the same fault reoccurs. If we have used parts then they will come with a separate warranty from the manufacturer or supplier.
