Urban Creek Development Inc. (UCD) is a member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association (GVHBA), which is affiliated with the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA). We are also a member of Pacific Home Warranty. Founder Behrouz Borji has been building multifamily houses since 1994 in Iran and has built over 40 homes in the past 15 years. Prior to starting his own company in Canada, Behrouz worked with a Canadian construction company for 3 years.
