Katchkie Farm is a year-round organic farming operation owned by the NYC-based catering company, Great Performances. An industry first, Katchkie Farm represents commitment to celebrating local flavors while supporting sustainable agriculture and good earth practices. Katchkie sits on 60 acres in Columbia County, NY, yielding its first harvest in 2007. Farm Manager Bob Walker transformed the never-before-farmed property, building the essential infrastructure.
