Founded by Mark Merrell in 2000, C.O.D. Home Services is a home remodeling contractor and custom home builder for Carteret County and coastal North Carolina. We specialize in new build homes, kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, home additions, plus interior and exterior remodeling. We are based in Emerald Isle, locally owned and operated, fully licensed, insured, and serve the coast of North Carolina from Swansboro to Morehead City, including Pine Knoll Shores, Atlantic Beach, Cape Carteret, and Newport NC.
