Roger Callis raises hogs on pasture in Four Oaks, North Carolina, 30 miles south of Raleigh for the North Carolina Natural Hog Growers Association, a cooperative of AWA-certified pork producers. Pork marketed through the NC Natural Hog Growers Association supplies restaurants and retailers with high quality pastured pork throughout the Southeast.
