Heavy Dry Aged Grassfed beef from British White cattle on 600 acres. Our Wagyu Beef line will be ready in 2016. We ship throughout Texas and offer cuts, family freezer packs, quarters, halves, or whole. Pickup is available at the ranch or in the Texas Medical Center in Houston. Our calves are born, raised, and finished here on pasture, hay, alfalfa, and molasses. Holistic Management practices are followed and we use organic fertilizer.
