Our Angus cattle are 100% Grass Fed, Dry Aged and cut and packaged at our USDA Butcher Market just south of Ft Worth, Texas. We cut and package weekly - for a great selection of cuts, year-round. Cattle are NEVER given antibiotics or hormones.
