The delicious baked goods from The Speltelicious Factory began when my wheat, dairy, egg and nut allergies forced me to restrict all baked goods from my diet. With all the strangely textured and horrible tasting cookies made with other wheat alternatives, egg and dairy substitutes, I was determined to find a way to enjoy freshly baked goods without the allergy triggers.
