West Kelowna Clinic - Luci Skaken, ND

Dr. Luci  Skaken is of the third generation from one of Canada's oldest families of Naturopathic Physicians. Dr. Skaken N.D. continues a legacy of 100 years of tradition, restoring her patients' confidence in their ability to achieve wellness, take charge of their health and maintain that wellness.

Dr. Skaken's  family pioneered the naturopathic profession in Alberta. In honour of the city where her Grandmother and Father received their medical training, they founded the well known Vienna Clinic in Calgary and later also in Edmonton where Luci began her practice in the family clinic and eventually assumed leadership.  Dr. Luci Skaken N.D. has continued this practice for many years and has expanded it to include clinics in the peace country and now here in West Kelowna,  always emphasizing the fundamental natural principles of health. 
Luci  brings to the West Kelowna clinic, a wealth of experience with her special interest in  Nutrition and Weight Loss, Women's Health, and Longevity.  She takes time with her patients to help them achieve an understanding of why specific modifications in lifestyle are beneficial and necessary to the "healthy outcome"  of Longevity each of us is striving to achieve. 

As a Naturopathic Physician , Dr. Luci Skaken N.D. holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon with seven years of study, continuing education requirements and adherence to the strict practice standards of the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia.
