I obtained my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria, majoring in counselling and health psychology. I applied for admission and was accepted to the CNME accredited institution, the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and in 2015 after completing the four-year full-time program consisting of approximately 4800 hours of class and preceptor time, as well as 1200 hours of hands-on clinical training, I graduated as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. I am licensed and board certified by the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia and am a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the British Columbia Naturopathic Association.

I consider health to be an evolving state of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and is driven by passion to better understand this dynamic. As a Naturopathic Physician, I entrust an evidence-based approach, providing health care with an emphasis on prevention and natural therapies. I love that the naturopathic scope of practice is so exceptionally comprehensive, with such an array of tools to choose from, my patients can expect to receive the most effective and appropriate treatments to suit their distinctive needs. I have a focus in holistic skincare and cosmetic dermatology.  In addition, I have a passion for women's health, digestive and thyroid health, and a special interest in nutrition & IV nutrient therapy.
