Advanced Remediation Services, Inc. (dba ARS) is a fully licensed and bonded asbestos removal, Lead-based paint abatement, mold abatement and demolition contractor.  We are certified by Colorado Department of Public Helath & Environment (CDPHE) as a General Abatement Contractor. 

ARS prides itself on attention to detail, exceptional workmanship, and completing projects in a safe and timely manner.  ARS has maintained a perfect (zero) no-lost time incident rate regarding safety throughout our eight year company history, and has NEVER had an OSHA violation.

ARS' owner/president has over 25 years working with Federal contracts, School districts, Residential, and Commercial clients. Each of the core project superintendants have over ten years of experience each.  We offer our professional services to the entire states of Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico.
