Century Group's expertise ranges from building mixed-use, multi-storey condominiums and office towers to community-oriented development projects with a variety of housing types. Our hospitality division expands our portfolio of businesses to include Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection (Marriott International) and Dominion Bar + Kitchen at 3 Civic Plaza in Surrey and Coast Tsawwassen Inn / Browns Socialhouse in Tsawwassen. Bria Communities is our seniors'? independent living brand that currently includes four residences: Magnolia Gardens and Sunridge Gardens in Langley, and The Waterford and The Wexford in Tsawwassen. Barbican Property Management, a division of Century Group, operates a portfolio of residential apartment buildings and multi-use commercial spaces, including business parks, offices, retail suites and shopping centres. They measured a baseline inventory for three specialty properties, the Coast Tsawwassen Inn and two Bria seniors’ communities, the Waterford and Magnolia Gardens, using their 2010 fiscal year. The company reduces emissions by implementing food composting and recycling programs, installing smart controls to conserve natural gas and electricity, upgrading to energy efficient equipment and lighting systems, using recycled paper, and choosing to source products from environmentally responsible suppliers.
