Terra View Homes has been awarded “Project of the Year” for the landmark $23 million dollar “Seagram Lofts” redevelopment project, as well as “Best Overall Design” for a single family home on a lot under 36 feet and “Best Overall Design” for a single family home on a lot 36 feet – 45 feet by the Waterloo Regional Home Builder Association. Terra View has also been the recipient of the The Ontario Home Builder’s Association award for “Best Sales Centre” for the Columbia Forest sales office.
