We are a full-service builder, managing the project from beginning to end. This entails, if applicable to the client; land/lot acquisition, pre-planning studies and development, architectural planning and design, permitting and submissions, existing house sale/relocation/demolition, interior design, financing and construction complete from beginning to end. Of course, some of these attributes may be handled by the client as they see fit, but ultimately we can take care of everything for you so all you have to do is sit back and make choices as to what you like, as opposed to being stressed out and worried about deadlines. This carries into our revolutionary web-based construction management software, Co-Construct. This software allows the client to interact on a real-time platform with ourselves and the trades directly, in all aspects. From planning, selection and change orders we are able to update everyone right away and have direct communication with the clients and trades. The company’s President, Pedro Ocana, first contemplated the concept of Sunset Homes Ltd. (Sunset) in late 2008 with the goal to provide homebuyers with one of a kind custom designs for inner city living. By March 2009, the company was registered in the name of Sunset Homes Ltd. From humble beginnings in a small home office, Sunset has evolved under the continued directorship of Pedro Ocana. Now, continued growth has led to two offices; one located in downtown Calgary and a rotating show home in Calgary’s inner city. Sunset’s success is based on continued commitment to service, quality, and innovation; providing custom architectural design solutions with supreme quality construction. This universal approach ensures that the project from idea to completion is seamless and that optimum value is achieved.
