Site inspections during every phase are arranged to ensure we work together to achieve a finished product that we can all be proud of. Every home is backed by a one year Builder’s Warranty against workmanship and materials, 2 years on the delivery system, 5 years on the building envelope, and 10 years on the structure through Alberta New Home Warranty. We provide 2 service appointments in the first year, as well as 24 hour emergency service, should the need arise. We include everything in the sale price – house, lot, GST, legal fees, and disbursements. We want you to know exactly what you are paying for from start to finish.
