Guy Taylor and Gavin McLeod met in Vancouver through mutual friends over 15 years ago. Before joining forces as founders of Averra in 2007, Guy was an analyst at Colliers who went on to acquire and improve homes in Vancouver while Gavin started out in financial consulting before forming a Commercial real estate company which led to residential home construction as well. Guy and Gavin formed Averra Developments to grow their shared passion for designing and building quality homes in Vancouver. To this day they continue to take a hands on approach with every home they build, leading to strong long term relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers; an approach that has positioned Averra as one of Vancouver's leading home builders. When Guy and Gavin aren’t busy on site, they can be found at the hockey rink or on the soccer pitch, either playing for their own teams or coaching and cheering on one of their kid’s teams.
