What started as a small business that produced steel chair and table legs in Temperance, Michigan, grew to become much more. By the early 1960s, finished chair and table frames were among the products available for purchase soon followed by a line of completely assembled chairs. By the early 1970s, upholstery was brought in-house and MTS Seating was officially born. The MTS Seating headquarters are located in Temperance, Mich., with over 300,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing space spread across three facilities. For almost 60 years, MTS has dedicated itself to becoming the global leader in seating solutions Ð currently shipping to over 20 different countries worldwide.
