Drummond Welding & Steel Works began in the mid-1950s and grew to become a leading Quebec manufacturer of tanks and vessels. Our commitment to skill, quality and technical innovation is renowned in the industry. In 2011 Drummond was purchased by a private Canadian company whose ties to the metal tank industry spans over 60 years and whose long term focus is on building sustainable value in its businesses. Under this bright new ownership our company has embarked on a renewed mission. We have proudly chosen to return to our roots and have committed ourselves to providing our customers with high quality tanks and pressure vessels designed and manufactured using our expertise and proven techniques to meet the standards of the industry and the needs of our customers. In honour of our heritage as a leading tank manufacturer, we have renamed our company in its original form, Drummond Welding & Steel Works to signify our long-standing, skilled approach to the complex products we manufacture. Drummond Welding & Steel Works specializes in the manufacturing of tanks and pressure vessels. They are produced in carbon steel, and in a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, as well as corrosion-resistant clad material. Spanning more than half a century, our extensive experience in fabricating high quality custom tanks and pressure vessels is known world-wide. Each tank and pressure vessel we build is backed by a team of professionals who specialize in design, engineering, fabrication, delivery and service. These in-house capabilities give us strict control over quality and scheduling to ensure product is delivered on time and within budget. Our location in Longueuil, Quebec, provides us with access to highways, docks, as well as a rail link directly into our building allowing for world-wide delivery.
