Kansas REI is a well known and trusted home inspection company in Wichita, KS that bases it’s business value on treating people like they were family, it’s locally owned and operated by certified home inspector Larry Cox Jr. Larry has logged over 130 hours of training, including basic construction, common hazards, roofing, plumbing and electrical code. Because he places a high priority on education and staying up to date with codes, recalls, and potentially hazardous conditions, Larry takes continuing educations courses every year. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Wichita State University. Larry was employed by the City of Wichita Housing department for seven years, and was promoted several times — from housing maintenance and repair, to the lead housing repair specialist, to home inspector. He has experience performing commercial building inspections throughout the State of Kansas for insurance and loss control.

To date, he’s inspected over 600 residential and commercial properties. Larry also has hands-on experience; he’s spent many years doing housing remodel and repair himself.
