Founded in 2010 as a partnership between Mike Malone and Richard Walsh, Southwind Construction Ltd. quickly built a solid reputation for market excellence and incorporated the company in 2011. Mike Malone, President & CEO, has over 20 years of experience in residential and institutional construction. Building relationships with clients is an important part of his day-to-day work. In addition to being an accomplished carpenter, he provides oversight and supervision on job sites to ensure that our high standards are being maintained. Richard Walsh, Vice-President, Operations, has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He brings to Southwind experience in estimating and a extensive range of hands-on construction skills.
