Heritage Lane Builders was started by Doug and Shirley Dyck in 1987. The company was started as a residential and agriculture renovation company. As the industry changed they branched into custom and spec. houses which now makes up for the larger portion of their business today. In the past couple of years Heritage Lane Builders has branched into commercial, multi family, and condo building on top of custom and spec houses. ÒWe are a family based company with a variety of different gifting. Our hands on approach to each home and project is fully utilized by our in-house capabilities. We offer interior layout planning, preliminary floor plans, interior, exterior design and weÕre always adding to our portfolio on what we do and take on. Our on site building teams install the foundations and frame work for the large majority of the builds, bringing excellent quality control from the beginning of each project. For the balance of the construction we work with qualified local sub-trades. Our material is sourced locally, from long term suppliers, to keep the overhead and shipping cost low. Our management team is on-site working with the trades to give you the best building experience we can.
