Grimes Hominuk builders Inc. started operations as a commercial construction company in January of 2014. Founded by Michael Grimes and Vince Hominuk, our business is about experience and an in-depth understanding of the commercial construction industry. Our main focus is on tenant improvement work, office and building renovations, and maintenance projects. this includes all sizes of new office builds, office renovations, restaurants, government projects, health care work, private industry upgrades etc. We have extensive experience with acting as Project Managers and Construction Managers, Design-Build projects both large and small, Construction Consultants, and the traditonal roles of acting as a General Contractor. We excel with working on costing for budgets, builds, sole source cost negotiations, and submitting tenders.
