Anderson Demolition & Construction Ltd. is a family owned company that has been in the demolition industry since 1995. We specialize in demolishing bridge structures, commercial and industrial sites across Western Canada. Anderson demolition is a family owned company, traces its roots back to 1989. The company is owned by Shawn, who serves as the companyÕs director. Anderson Demolition offers a full range of services and a great depth of experience. At Anderson Demolition, a safe working environment for our employees and our customers is a #1 priority. All of our operators and laborers have completed the safety training program. At each site, there is always a supervisor who has earned certification the Contractor Supervisor safety training program, plus COR Construction Supervision certification. We provide a set of standards for environmentally sustainable construction. The system promotes design and construction practices that reduce the negative environmental impacts of buildings while improving occupant health and well-being. In deconstruction projects, our system is designed to optimize recycling of construction and demolition debris. Anderson Demolition separate waste streams, metals, ferrous and non-ferrous for recycling: Brick, block, and concrete are separated for hauling to a recycling facility as recycled concrete aggregate (RCA). Paper and glass are separated and hauled out for recycling. For fast, safe, and efficient hauling we employ a fleet of dump trucks, roll-offs and containers.
