Koolen Electric was established in 1973, by Peter and Gayle Koolen. A family owned and operated business; Koolen Electric today includes three master electricians, power lineman, refrigeration mechanics and several apprentices, all who have been with the company for years. With over 35 years of experience, Koolen Electric bases their business on small town values working on the premise that your word Ð makes you who you are. With the ability to work on small service tasks to large scale projects, Koolen Electric offers much more than just electrical work. Continuing into our 2nd generation with Andy and Tim Koolen, Koolen Electric offers everything from electrical work, utility services, geothermal services, heating services, ventilation services and air conditioning. We bring fully stocked service vehicles to you and clean up thoroughly after every job we complete. At Koolen Electric we pride ourselves on the fact that when you call us Ð you wonÕt get an answering machine. Instead, you will get to speak to one of our professional, courteous, safe and neatly uniformed local staff. We are a community focused business, actively involved with many organizations and working with numerous co-op programs at local high schools. WeÕre associated with the Heating Refrigeration Air Conditioning Institute, Electrical Safety Authorities- Authorized Contractor Program and the Aylmer Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Peter was past president of the Ontario Electrical League and Andy now sits on the executive committee.
