Here at P3 Yoga Zone we are committed to providing inspired support and informed guidance to students of all levels. We create safe and nurturing yoga classes where students can explore and experience the body, mind, spirit development. Come experience yoga by the lake at the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario in Frenchmens Bay Pickering. Owner Suzanne Hennig (RYT, PTS, FIS, ISKA, MBS) has a very welcoming down to earth yet realistic approach to her teaching. She creates an atmosphere that is enjoyable, comfortable yet challenging for both the new student as well as the more experienced yoga practitioner. Her classes are always filled with warmth and humour.
