As we have experienced home emergencies ourselves, we have made the commitment to providing the best 24 hour emergency service, to get our customers settled as soon as possible. We are a team of fully certified, bonded and insured IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) technicians, based in Surrey, BC, servicing the Greater Vancouver Area and the Lower Mainland. We are committed to delivering top-quality, expert service, day or night. We pride ourselves on being able to reach you within one (1.5) hours of receiving your emergency call, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our primary focus is your safety. We promptly take action to eliminate any health risks, assess possible structural issues, and reduce damage / losses. We are experts in water and fire damage restorations, and property renovations; our goal is to return your site to its pre-damaged state, or better, and we have the proper equipment and expertise to do so. Our technicians are full-time, experienced employees, all with a background in general contracting and restorations. Each of us is committed to quality workmanship, using the latest methods to meet, and exceed, industry standards. As safety is paramount, we are in good standing with WCB and WorkSafeBC.
