Primary Owners, Neal and Linda Burch Neal and Linda Burch have raised 15 children! Neal Burch is a retired officer of the U.S. Navy. Together, Neal and Linda spend their time traveling and visiting their children and grandchildren. Neal is still involved in the business part time. NealÕs children are part-owners and are now running ServiceMaster by Burch. A daughter is the office manager, a son-in-law a technician manager, and four sons are technicians, three managers. They operate the two separate office locations in Otego and in Binghamton.
