At present, Rancho manages over a hundred (100) Strata Corporations and over 25,000 units in the Greater Vancouver area. Rancho also manages nearly 1,000 individual houses and condos. Rancho is licensed under the Real Estate Act to provide property management services. 100% of our business is generated through providing property management services.
