Flood Services Canada (FSC) is a company comprised of several teams of water damage restoration professionals, all using a central office and adhering to a specific set of ideals and standards that consist of hard work, fair practices, professionalism and compassion with a strict mandate of completing all training and following modern industry practices. We are a Greater Toronto Area flood cleanup network that strives to ALWAYS act in the best interest of the property owner and/or tenant. We strictly follow all health and safety guidelines and act in accordance with IICRC Standards. In some cases, companies in the water damage restoration industry will tone down the severity of the possible health risks and consequences of taking shortcuts in order to reduce the bill to insurance. We never engage in these business practices. We ensure that we provide transparent reporting on all claims and we always invoice honestly and fairly. It is strict company policy not to engage in overpricing. We take extra special care during times when the property owner is in a vulnerable position. We adhere to all industry standard pricing guidelines for labour, drying equipment and other charges that are common in dealing with restoration insurance claims. We also provide reasonable discounts for those who may have experienced water damage loss in the Greater Toronto Area and who may not be covered under their existing insurance policy. If covered, we invoice directly to your insurance company in an attempt to alleviate some of the worry and hassle that can accompany water damage claims. We can begin communicating with your insurance company, on your behalf, as soon as we have commenced the flood cleanup service. We respect your property and treat it as if it were our own. We will work hard to provide great service to you and detailed reporting to your insurance provider. We will aid you in the claims process and help you get as much of your loss covered as possible. We use our training and experience to ensure your concerns are addressed and to protect you against incorrect assessments from inexperienced contractors. This is especially in the cases of large water damage losses. Our teams are made up of restoration professionals that have been operating within the restoration industry in the Greater Toronto Area for over 10 years. All of our teams have finished the required certification courses in order to do their work as effectively and efficiently as possible.
